 Halibut
and Bottom Fish
They come big and feisty. The Pacific Halibut is one of the largest and
tastiest fish you can catch anywhere, and they put up a fight. We catch
many halibut over 100 lbs., and they average 25 to 50 lbs. We fish in
areas where all species of bottom fish tend to congregate. It's not uncommon
for several anglers to be fishing halibut while others have hooked Red
Snapper, Ling Cod, or Black Bass. We also offer light tackle Ling Cod
trips.
King and Silver Salmon
Seward is the Silver Salmon capitol of the world and hosts the Silver
Salmon Derby in August. Kings, pinks, reds and chum salmon are also abundant
in our waters.
